Perfect glamping experience

Great service. They made the dinners very special and went the extra mile in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We were sad that we could not stay longer! Great tents, bathroom and veranda. Great massage as well! The complementary transport to town, airport and Lio beach were also a great inclusion!

Our stay was everything we wanted and more. This is the place if you want to experience glamorous camping in a tropical environment away from the noise of El Nido but close enough to be there within minutes.

POOR PRICE TO VALUE RATIO

On-site staff very friendly and customer-oriented. Breakfast on the veranda is nice. Bathroom is nice given the context and it’s great to have hot water. Area is quiet and peaceful. The special show the staff put on for us was a nice surprise and a unique touch. You can get massages on your veranda that are so relaxing and very inexpensive at PHP800 (as of mid-Feb). I accidentally booked the wrong date and even though they have a no cancellation policy, they re-booked for the correct dates for free (rooms were still available). They were very efficient in doing this and I greatly appreciated it.

Owner (Elena) micro-manages from afar (e.g. must contact her for pick-up transfer, even if just going out for dinner to the main town). She is not on site and was not even in El Nido when we were there. She did not respond both nights that we went out for dinner and we were left in town proper for over an hour waiting for her to answer her phone/text. Local tricycle drivers didn’t know where the place was or didn’t know if their tricycle could fit on the path or if they were allowed on the private property, so we couldn’t even pay for transport to take us. Worst part was Elena went back and forth with me via text giving excuse after excuse after excuse (literally all different reasons), like that’s why the transfers are complimentary because we need to expect a delay since they only have two tricycles. What? Both tricycles were at the site. It was simply because she did not answer. And it’s far from free when we pay $200 a night. The staff have cell phones. Why not just have us contact them directly? The lead staff member, who was extremely apologetic and took the blame on herself, even gave me her cell number after so I could contact her directly. Fan is loud (even on low), but it’s the only way to cool the tent down. We were there during mild weather in mid-Feb and the tent was still quite warm at night. Sleep quality wasn’t so good. Overall, not even close to worthy of USD $200 per night, even for the experience of glamping. I have gotten nice 4-5 star hotels all over the world during peak season for that price, also with unique experiences or locations. We were just in the Jordan desert of Wadi Rum at a bubble tent glamping site six months prior and paid less than $200 per night inclusive of meals (and the bubble tent had A/C). Considering how cheap the Philippines is, this is waaaaaayyyyy over priced. I would not do it again.

The 5-Star Glamping experience was fantastic!

The 5-Star Glamping experience was fantastic! It was extremely comfortable, yet peaceful quiet surreal! The staff were fantastic, there quick and friendly tentative service made the stay a wonderful experience! The food and breakfast was some of the best we experienced in the Philippines! Especially our dinner, the staff went out of their way to set up a personal romantic dining experience! Highly recommend and we will definitely be visiting again when next in El Nido!

Look no further: best stay EVER

Everything was simply AMAZING there.. we had the time of our lives. The staff welcomed us like we were family and treated us like kings... 5+ stars service and excellent price per value. Every day we were welcomed with a snack and a smile, breakfast was tasty and delicious, as so was dinner. The tent was a paradise in itself, you'd never want to leave. We had very thoughtful treats every time we were coming back from our tours, like a bed full of rose petals, sweet messages, a home-made coconut lip balm and hair conditioner, and the last night we had a unique surprise: a live fire-dance performance. Everything was perfect and beyond our imagination... I would definitely recommend the resort and I will surely come back. Another plus: free tricycle rides to town whenever we wanted! They saved us a lot of money!

I really have to think hard to find any flaw in such a perfect service... maybe implementing internet wifi at least in the common areas could be an improvement, even if it was good to "detox" a bit and we could enjoy the surroundings more

Breakfast was great!

Breakfast was great! The staff was very kind and accommodating! We arrived early not having an expectation of checking in yet just dropping our bags off and they were able to rush and get a room cleaned and ready for us with a special welcome!! Our last night in el nido was spent here and they did a special fire dance for the people staying here and it was an amazing final night! :)

It was our first glamping experience and we loved it!

It was our first glamping experience and we loved it! Even if it’s a bit expensive i assure you it’s 100% worth it! The tents/houses are lovely, 24/7 hot water in the bathroom and the veranda is pure paradise: we could even do massage in the veranda while enjoying the sunset and the field in front of our tent! The service was great with attention to details and lots of surprise! Thanks again to everybody for making our stay so pleasant!!!

The only complain was some little noise from the road but as the staff explained its due do some road construction

„Diese Unterkunft ist mit nichts zu vergleichen wo wir bisher...

Diese Unterkunft ist mit nichts zu vergleichen wo wir bisher jemals gewesen sind. Der Preis ist nicht ganz billig aber es ist wirklich wie im Paradies. Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer und das Personal ist es noch viel mehr. Es wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und dazu erwarten einem jeden Tag kleine Überraschungen :-) Alle weiteren Zusatzleistungen die man über die Unterkunft buchen kann wie Abendessen, Getränke und einen Roller oder Motorrad ist sehr günstig zu bekommen. Wir hatten auch einen Ausflug mit dem Team zusammen. Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben viel über die lokalen Lebensweisen der Filipinos erhalten. Selten hatte ich bei einem Abschied Tränen in den Augen :-) die Anlage ist etwas abseits von El Nido und daher viel ruhiger als in der Stadt. Mit dem Roller ist man in 5 Minuten in der Stadt, wer nicht selber fahren will kann aber jederzeit den Fahrservice nutzen.

Hier gibt es absolut gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au glamping. Pinky et toute son équipe ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Le bungalow-tente est spacieux et très confortable. La piscine est agréable. Nous avons énormément apprécié d'avoir un tricycle à disposition avec son pilote pour l'ensemble de nos déplacements. C'est un service rare et très agréable et confortable . Un grand merci à Pinky qui est présente pour nous faire plaisir du lever du soleil jusqu'au coucher de tout le monde. Et c'est surtout elle qui nous a préparé les meilleur repas que nous ayons eus sur l'ensemble de notre séjour aux Philippines ! Nous recommandons vivement ce Glamping.

« Parfait pour se ressourcer ! »

Le cadre en premier lieu est sublime ! Les chambres « tente » est magnifique, très bien ajusté est très confortable, la literie est très agréable. L’accueil ainsi que le personnel était au top. Un show privé le soir avec des lanceurs de feu ainsi qu’un dîner romantique organisé par le staff. Une expérience inoubliable. Seulement 4 tentes pour tout l’établissements un sentiment de privilégier.

À prévoir un anti-moustique très puissant car la tente ne ferme pas bien. L’eau chaude est à demander à la réception donc pas pratique.

Très bel endroit en dehors du bruit de la ville et des Tuktuk d’el Nido. Personnel vraiment au top , toujours aux petits soins et qui nous surprend tous les jours. Propreté et cuisine au top. Je recommande fortement. Le prix est à la hauteur du service.

« La perfection était là ! »

La perfection était là ! Nous avions passé qu'une seule nuit malheureusement mais si nous avions su nous aurions passé 2 à 3 nuits sans hésiter ! Personnel accueillant, concept fantastique et cuisine simplement délicieuse. Nous y sommes allés pour notre lune de miel et avons été accueillis comme il se doit, petit dîner surprise en amoureux sur le belvédère et spectacle de cracheur de feu privé ! Nous avons même succomber à un petit massage au pied de notre tente. A FAIRE ABSOLUMENT
